Our team of six skilled trainers teach a variety of disciplines including: Introduction to boxing, Intermediate BoxFit, Advance BoxFit, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Conditioning and Street MMA classes. They are also available for one-on-one personal training.

Get your hour in any day of the week. All of our classes begin with a warm up, followed by 15 to 20 minutes of core work, stretching, 30 minutes of instruction/cardio and finish with a cool down stretch.

Opened in November 2012 by Paul Brown, an established fighter and trainer with over 30 years experience in boxing, kick boxing and Kung fu, Paul Brown Boxfit's signature boxing classes bring technical boxing techniques together with a vigorous fighter's workout. "Our signature classes meet the training goals of a range of different clients. Many of our clients don't want to fight, they just want to look like a fighter. These clients can enjoy the lighter side of boxing, while getting in peak physical shape. They'll learn a new skill and feel the benefit of increased self confidence and reduced stress relief that boxing brings. Other clients are actually training to fight – these clients will enjoy an intense fighters workout with serious core work and a focus on technique, foot work and combinations... add some sparring and personal training and they'll be competition ready."  Paul Brown Leave your attitude at the door!
